PhotoPeach is a pretty intuitive tool and easy to create some pretty cool multimedia presentations. You do want to respect other's rights though and only use those images that are licensed as public domain or Creative Commons. Remember that unless you can find documentation stating as such, they are copyrighted and not permitted to be used unless written permission has been granted. I know you have quite the experience with online classes and can appreciate both the pros and cons. I think that the venue is pretty powerful, but it does seem to fit those who are well-disciplined and strong readers as there is not the typical human interaction found in the face-to-face classroom.
